Covering how to determine the best jurisdiction and venue for your trial, how to respond to initial pleadings and post-trial motions, recovering costs and appeals. This session is a great introduction to the federal courts system and will provide a new attorney with a step-by-step process to navigate a federal trial, and could provide an experienced attorney with a good refresher.
